All in all, Vital got our top marks in all factors of our testing process. It passed every test with flying colours – and was definitely the best all-rounder for its functionality, alongside affordability and design.

Upon first impressions, we were very pleasantly surprised. Ordering the Vital smartwatch couldn’t have been a smoother process – and it arrived at our front porch in just 5 days. It was super neatly packaged, and we already couldn’t wait to get it out of the box and get stepping!

Once we’d unpackaged it, the simplistic, lightweight, and modern design definitely caught our eye. It looked great on our arm, without being as bulky as some of the other smartwatches we tested. It also meant that it was very comfortable to wear, and could be worn with any clothes. We opted for the black version, but it comes in a variety of colors including orange, pink, and blue!

If you’re no tech expert yourself, then you may think that trying to sync a smartwatch with your smartphone would be a nightmare. We’re happy to say that this is definitely not the case with Vital! Simply take your watch out of the box, download the app on your smartphone, turn Bluetooth on, and hit the ‘add a device’ button on your app! It really was as simple as that. And we loved that Vital could connect with both Android and iOS smartphones.

Over a period of weeks, we tested all of its different fitness and health monitoring functions. Calorie and step monitoring is one of the most crucial functions of any fitness tracker (which both worked great). But what we really loved about Vital was its ability to accurately monitor your sleep pattern, heart rate, blood pressure, and SPO2 levels 24/7. These advanced functions are perfect for anyone and take wearable health technology to the next level.

As we’ve mentioned above, Vital also connects to your smartphone, alerting you to any calls, texts, or social media notifications. So if you’re sick of constantly having to take your phone out when you’re on a run, walk, or in the gym – then live alerts to your watch will make your life a lot easier.

Another huge point that we have to mention from testing Vital is its battery life. There is literally NOTHING worse than hitting a PB in the gym or on a run… only to realise that your watch has run out of battery and didn’t record it. Thankfully, Vital ensures low power consumption – offering longer-lasting battery and faster charging.

Considering all of the above, what shocked us most was the low-cost of the Vital Smartwatch in comparison to the majority of its competitors. Being a small US startup – they perhaps don’t have the overheads that a lot of the bigger brands have and so can keep their prices down – which is great for us! That being said, without the ‘big brand name’, obviously, Vital does lack the same reputation. But with 5* reviews and a 30-day no-risk money-back guarantee, it’s an absolute no-brainer in our opinion!

It’s almost impossible to say anything negative about Vital, when you get to take complete control of your health and fitness for just $49.99(!) with their limited-time discount. So if you want a new smartwatch to help you keep on track and are looking to get the best bang for your buck, then Vital would be our number one choice in 2023.
